A Driver Visibility System Offers Better Visibility and a Safer Driving Experience

Incorporating micro cameras (installed outside the car) and a windscreen display, Windscreen Monitor is a driver visibility system that could replace traditional driving mirrors. It offers better visibility and safer driving.

Fixed to the side of the car or to the top of the windscreen, driving mirrors do not always prove effective or safe. Visibility is restricted and blind spots can lead to dangerous situations. Windscreen Monitor provides a better solution for safe driving. This system differs from conventional driving mirrors. It is comprised of two parts: a windscreen display and micro cameras installed on the car’s exterior. It uses the upper part of the windscreen to display a real-time image of the vehicle’s surroundings (as captured by the cameras).
 
Windscreen Monitor can offer a significant improvement of overall visibility. It displays a full view of the surroundings without any blind spots. The micro cameras are set up on both the sides and back of the car. Image processing technology is incorporated. The separate images captured by the micro cameras are combined and displayed on the windscreen seamlessly. The advanced technology used means that even in low-light conditions (for example, at night or on rainy days), visibility is still good. Furthermore, a car full of passengers or cargo won't impede the driver’s vision.
 
Windscreen Monitor provides an easy way for the driver to see the traffic behind or near the car on the windscreen clearly and in real time. With this system, lane changes and street-side parking become easy and safe.
